We all know that running is not everybody’s favorite form of exercise. Well believe it or not, running is the most beneficial form of exercise to your body. Most importantly it keeps you healthy and helps your body n many ways. Hopefully by the end of this, you might look at running in a completely different way motivating you to start running!

First of all who doesn’t want to loose those extra pounds you have been wishing to get rid of. Running in one of the top and fastest activities for burning fat. Running doesn’t need to be boring, you can make it fun.
Along with loosing weight, come all the benefits of bettering your health. Running can lower your risk of high cholesterol, improve your lung function, lower your risk of developing blood clots and many more benefits. After a long day at work or at school, running might be a great choice to do. It can relieve lots of stress you been accumulating all day. It gives your body much more energy, and I can say this by experience. Stress can cause a number of health and mood problems, so running is great for relieving this.
I personally enjoy running and whenever I have the chance, I always love to go for a run around my neighborhood. The reason I really love it and enjoy doing it, is because in high school I used to run cross country and track. Everyday we would run no less than 6 miles and it just became a habit for me, and I LOVE IT!!
Before a Race
I believe that running is a good exercise, especially to lose weight, and beside this it gives a sense of freedom. Too bad that here in Arizona the weather most of the times is dry an hot, for this reason I prefer walking at a fast pace, I think is more beneficial.

ReplyDeleteFirst, I would like to tell you that I agree with your views on running. I have always been told that exercise greatly helps your body and it's amazing how there are SO many benefits from running. The benefit that I have actually experienced is running when I'm stressed and it really does help. After a while the scenery and other thoughts that come up while running help clear your mind from the ones causing stress, as helping you sort out your ideas.
